International Policy Section briefs Sciences-Po students

On 4th February 2010, the International Policy Section of the British Embassy Paris held a briefing in the Ambassador's Residence on UK priorities in the United Nations for a group of Sciences-Po Paris masters students. The students will be representing the United Kingdom at the annual National Model United Nations event in New York this March and were keen to get a UK perspective on key policy issues as part of their preparation. Sir Peter Westmacott, Ajay Sharma, the International Policy Section and Global Issues team gave short presentations on a broad range of topics before taking questions.

We are proud that Sciences-Po will be representing our country at this important event at which over 4000 students from all five continents participate in simulations of multilateral negotiations, like those undertaken at the United Nations. We wish the students all the very best for this exciting opportunity in New York.

I was there! Not in the picture, but there anyways....

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH

The wonders of being here...
